We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Machine Learning Engineering (MLE/MLOps Level III or IV) and Data Science (Level II) to join our innovative AI & Data Science team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation in building scalable ML pipelines, deploying production-ready models, and applying advanced data science techniques to derive actionable insights that support strategic initiatives. You will be involved in impactful projects related to predictive modeling, personalization, real-time AI systems, and scalable deployment pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Learning Engineering / MLOps: Design and implement scalable ML pipelines; optimize distributed training processes for large datasets; and automate workflows.
- Data Science: Build and fine-tune ML models for business applications; conduct feature engineering and data wrangling; and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure smooth project deployment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience in MLE/MLOps roles and 2+ years in data science roles.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Advanced SQL skills, expertise in CI/CD pipelines, version control, and model monitoring.
- Knowledge in statistical analysis and various ML algorithms, both supervised and unsupervised.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
