As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team.
Position Summary:
As a Senior Product Designer - B2C, you will be responsible for shaping the design and user experience of our B2C products. Your role will involve driving the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-impact solutions. You will lead complex design projects and contribute to our mission of becoming the most trusted partner in real estate within the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for B2C products, including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery.
- User-Centered Design: Advocate for user-centered design practices and create effective design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify user problems through research and data, developing solutions to enhance user experience.
- Design Strategy: Contribute to the design strategy for the B2C product suite, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms.
- Iteration & Testing: Lead design iterations based on user feedback, validating design solutions for usability and visual appeal.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in product design or user experience with a proven record of delivering successful digital products.
- Design Expertise: Strong experience in product discovery, UX design, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect design strategies with business objectives.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent skills to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Execution: A results-oriented mindset capable of leading projects from conception to delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Passion for creating polished, intuitive, and visually stunning products.
Language Requirements: English proficiency is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
