As the AI Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge AI tools and platforms to enhance our business processes, drive efficiency, and boost profitability. What you will do:
- Conduct market research to identify AI tools and platforms that can improve business efficiency and profitability.
- Evaluate AI solutions against existing technologies and assess their business value.
- Develop and present business cases for AI adoption to senior management.
- Lead the implementation process for approved AI tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Facilitate the deployment, training, and user adoption of new AI tools.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact and ROI of AI technologies.
- Drive AI awareness through training and communication initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and implement Claude AI use cases.
- Design and support customized Claude projects for specific departmental needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations and adjust as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning technologies with a proven record of driving business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, inspiring change and engaging with senior management.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation and challenging conventional approaches.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Capacity to develop concise briefs and compelling business cases.
- Experience in conducting thorough post-implementation reviews and ROI assessments.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training on AI best practices.
- Familiarity with Claude AI and its applications in various business contexts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
