Our Cloud Design & Engineering team is dedicated to building customizable cloud solutions that enhance digital capabilities. This team leads the development of secure technology solutions and platforms to deliver digital products to the cloud, utilizing DevOps practices alongside the latest cloud technologies while adhering to firm compliance standards.

Main Role and Responsibilities

  • Network Infrastructure Planning and Design: Develop and implement strategies for designing and upgrading the enterprise network infrastructure to meet evolving business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define network architecture, standards, and policies.
  • Network Operations and Maintenance: Manage daily network operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Implement best practices for network configuration, management, and security.
  • Capacity Planning and Optimization: Assess network capacity and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and plan for future growth. Implement solutions to improve network efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Network Security Management: Implement and maintain robust network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard sensitive information and infrastructure.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with network equipment vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts, evaluate products, and ensure service delivery meets organizational requirements. Collaborate on network-related projects and initiatives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Education and Skills

  • University degree in Computer Science/Telecom or equivalent.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA are required, with CCNP knowledge preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of proven hands-on experience with Enterprise Network technologies.
  • Strong technical expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching), security, firewalls, and wireless networking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to collaborate across functions and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, Active Directory, and cloud technologies is preferred.
