You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service. As a part of the team, you’ll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost-efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.

Knowledge Areas A solid understanding of networking and core Internet protocols. Deep understanding of Network Fundamentals: OSI & TCP/IP models, DNS, DHCP, TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, and Core Network Components. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Switching Technologies. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Routing Technologies. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Meraki Enterprise Level technologies (Meraki Stack, VSS, VPC, SWV, HSRP). Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches and Routers recoveries and upgrades. Good understanding of Cloud technologies like SD-WAN, FWaaS, PaaS, SaaS is preferred. Good understanding of VPN, IPSec, Firewalls, Radius Authentication, ISE Authentication. Experience with Cisco Meraki Cloud and Cisco Wireless Solution is preferred. Strong ability to troubleshoot complex network environments. Plan and execute in-depth technical activity, influencing the direction of activities/plans and providing technical insight and guidance to others. Investigate and help resolve issues on customer’s network and IT estates using agreed troubleshooting methodologies. Manage support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our customers’ expectations. Ensuring accurate recording of all cases using the Company’s ticket management tool and closing within agreed timeframes. Maintaining the records and using the central document repository, to ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice. Experience of using ticketing systems and use of monitoring and management tools. Supporting and taking ownership of ad-hoc projects. Coordination with regional and global technology teams in operational and project-based tasks. Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to understand client requirements. Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed targets. Coordination with the vendors and ISPs. Network Design and Cabling standards.

Main Role And Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities. Monitor resource utilization and availability to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications and inquiries. Facilitate regular meetings and status updates with project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Monitor project progress and performance and escalate issues as necessary to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. Generate and distribute regular progress reports to project stakeholders to track milestones, accomplishments, and variances.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct quality reviews and audits to validate project deliverables and ensure compliance with established requirements and specifications.

Education And Skills

  • University degree in Computer Science/Telecom or equivalent
  • CCNA Certification is must. CCNP knowledge is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization, Active Directory, Cloud is preferred.
  • Min 5-7 years of proven hands-on experience on Enterprise Network technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in Enterprise Data Centers is must.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in enterprise network environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure concepts, technologies, and protocols is preferred.
