Position

As a Data Analyst with Quant, you will be responsible for creating meaning from data sets by transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports that assist in continuous innovation and growth. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of mathematical and statistical principles, along with proficiency in popular data analysis tools and databases.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics for various areas in the industry, such as forecast demand, customer behaviors, and in-depth sales analysis.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
  • Communicate findings and insights from the data to non-technical team members through clear reports or presentations.
  • Apply data modelling techniques to predict future trends from historical data.
  • Lead A/B testing and other experimental designs to enhance user value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain strategic advantages.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality control and validation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of experience with statistical software and programming languages, including R, Python, and SQL.
  • Expertise in managing and analyzing large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with ETL tools, specifically Airflow, is a plus.
  • Extensive experience (4+ years) with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with proven ability to create insightful dashboards.
  • Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through clear communication.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and working knowledge of Alteryx is a plus.
  • Experience within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Proactive, independent, results-oriented, with a positive attitude and high energy.
