Responsibilities:

• Be part of a global team of Sales Engineers.
• Deliver great end-to-end integrations, collaborating with Product and Engineering.
• Inform the product roadmap based on our clients’ needs.
• Gather information, define, and document integration plans.
• Ensure partner success by working across our cross-functional team.
• Create and deliver personalized technical sales presentations.
• Evangelize the product and our network in the technical community.
• Represent the company face-to-face at partners and conferences.
• Monitor technical performance metrics as clients ramp up.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a client-facing role as a Sales Engineer, Customer Success, Support, or in Professional Services.
• Experience in the payments or banking industry is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in API-based integration, web services, system debugging, and log analysis.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Strong client and partner empathy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Kibana, and Postman (or similar tools) is required.
• Experience with AWS/cloud provider dashboards, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline, or comparable professional experience.
• Must be prepared to travel.
• Fluent in English is required.
