We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions in the Fintech sector, particularly focusing on Compliance and Risk management products.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies, such as Python and Node.js, to build innovative, low-latency, and highly available systems that support the core of our business. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping the architecture of our solutions, driving technical excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Python and Node.js.
• Architect and build high-scale cloud-based solutions on modern cloud platforms (AWS).
• Design and implement backend services optimized for low-latency processing, high availability, and fault tolerance in mission-critical applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Develop and enhance Compliance and Risk management products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer (experience with Python and Node.js).
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (MySql).
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Sanic/FastApi/Django.
• Ability to work in a multi-technology environment and learn new technologies.
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred).
• Excellent command of English.
