About The Role:
Are you ready to lead the delivery of Oracle HCM solutions in a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization? In this role, you will take ownership of critical HR and payroll systems that support regional and international operations. You will manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll, ensuring smooth adoption across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • System configuration, data migration using FBDI, and development of custom roles and security settings.
  • Supporting both regular and off-cycle payrolls while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Saudi and regional labor regulations.
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and delivering practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Enhancing reporting through OTBI and developing workflows to support integration across connected systems.

About You:
You are degree qualified with a track record of delivering over 10 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll. Your expertise includes:

  • Strong command of multi-country payroll processing, particularly in Saudi payroll practices and regional compliance.
  • Functional understanding of payroll taxation, benefits, and statutory reporting.
  • Highly skilled in data migration using FBDI, interface development, and working with RICEW components.
  • Experience in designing and enhancing OTBI reports, workflows, and BPM processes to support business performance.

You possess excellent communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and talent for leading training sessions and solution workshops. Previous experience in the Middle East and the aviation industry is a plus.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
