Duties & Responsibilities
- Architectural design for Full Cloud and On-Prem Solutions.
- Leading activities for product version upgrades and migrations.
- Product implementation and infrastructure design to fit customer’s environment.
- Leading health-check sessions to verify optimum performance and scalability structure.
- Working closely with sales and project managers to ensure effective timeline deliverables.
- Providing design documentation upon project closure.
- Capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
- High customer communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Linux OS and web-based applications (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of information and network security fundamentals.
- Database language knowledge.
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Fundamentals of Active Directory administration.
- Basic API knowledge.
