Duties & Responsibilities

  • Architectural design for Full Cloud and On-Prem Solutions.
  • Leading activities for product version upgrades and migrations.
  • Product implementation and infrastructure design to fit customer’s environment.
  • Leading health-check sessions to verify optimum performance and scalability structure.
  • Working closely with sales and project managers to ensure effective timeline deliverables.
  • Providing design documentation upon project closure.
  • Capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
  • High customer communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Technical Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with Linux OS and web-based applications (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of information and network security fundamentals.
  • Database language knowledge.
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge.
  • Fundamentals of Active Directory administration.
  • Basic API knowledge.
