Salesforce seeks an exceptional individual to support the Middle East territory as a Data & AI Architect - Field CDO. The position encompasses key roles within the Solution Engineering team, focusing on Data and AI knowledge, customer engagement, and the delivery of high-impact results.
As a Data & AI Architect / Field CDO, you will serve as a customer-facing enterprise-wide authority on data, analytics, and AI, fostering strong partnerships with strategic customers. Your role will include helping clients implement data analytics strategies that drive value for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the value of Data & AI and its transformative impact on businesses.
- Understand customer needs and align them with outstanding technology solutions.
- Lead discussions on change programs and define strategic roadmaps for transformation.
- Articulate business and technical architectures to executive audiences.
- Engage with account executives to develop customer-facing enterprise analytics opportunities.
Required Experiences and Qualifications:
- Proven success in Data, AI, or Enterprise Architecture fields with 8+ years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Analytics.
- Technical selling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience nurturing relationships with C-level executives.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology sales.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Preferred Experiences and Qualifications:
- Experience as Chief Data Officer or Chief Data Scientist.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data, AI, and Analytics technologies and platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like AWS S3, Google Big Query, and data security regulations.
