As a Lead Account Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will play a key role in the sales cycle as a presales consultant. Your responsibility will be to deliver thought leadership and own solutions to enhance customer experiences. This position involves collaborating with sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling recommendations. You will have the opportunity to develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, create customized demos of Salesforce products, and act as a trusted advisor during the customer's transformational journey.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through collaboration with various teams.
- Understand customer needs and present Salesforce’s product as the ideal solution.
- Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology in relation to Salesforce’s offerings.
- Develop and present customized demos to key decision-makers.
- Participate in ongoing product, sales, and procedural training to maintain vital knowledge.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Lead the technical aspect of the sales cycle.
- Maintain curiosity for career growth and participate in internal training and mentorship programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies in regulated industries.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software solutions.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within dynamic settings.
- Passionate about technology and knowledge sharing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
