Lead Technical Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Technical Architect who will serve as a pre-sales customer-facing enterprise domain expert. This role supports sales teams in developing Salesforce value propositions that align with customers' business strategies related to digital transformation and cloud adoption. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical skills, industry knowledge, and deep business acumen.

The Lead Technical Architect will be responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/Architects and their teams regarding the transition to cloud architecture.
• Presenting Salesforce technology infrastructure and demonstrating expertise in the platform's capabilities, hosting infrastructure, security, and integration.
• Understanding customer needs and establishing Salesforce as the optimal solution for their technical and business requirements.
• Conducting architecture and technical workshops, including enablement sessions, and managing customer technical due diligence and risk management.
• Collaborating with various Salesforce teams to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives.
• Assisting sales teams in responding to RFPs and technical documents, participating in product, sales, and procedural training for effective performance.
• Mentoring and guiding junior technical resources.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Multi-year experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture disciplines.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, and multitenancy.
