About the Job
The Manager Digital and Data is responsible for developing strategies and policies that ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. This role involves maintaining data dictionaries, data models, and governing the standards associated with data management procedures and policies within the AlFursan program. Additionally, the Manager will analyze data and draw conclusions based on this analysis. As a key member of the AlFursan leadership team, the Manager will engage with the AlFursan team to drive success.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT management, digital, or data role, particularly involving large volumes of complex data and interconnected systems to enhance digital member experiences.
  • Proven experience with complex digital and data environments, including problem resolution and business process improvement.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and technology vendors.
  • Ability to lead teams and work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
