Job Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and optimize deep learning models, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTMs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Implement predictive modeling and forecasting methodologies, with experience in ARIMA models.
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, providing guidance on best practices, technical challenges, and career development.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of data pipelines, ensuring smooth operations from data sourcing to insights generation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models and solutions into business processes.
- Work across various cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS, to deploy AI models and manage data processing workflows.
- Apply knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI (GenAI), and Computer Vision to address complex business challenges.
- Utilize and contribute to data analytics open-source technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Write efficient and scalable code using Python or R for data analysis, model development, and deployment.
- Create and maintain data visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related technology field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying neural network and deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs).
- A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in data engineering or AI systems development.
- Strong background in predictive modeling and statistical forecasting techniques, including ARIMA models.
- Experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to mentor junior members.
- Hands-on experience managing complex data pipelines from data sourcing to insights generation.
- Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms, such as Azure and AWS.
- Solid knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Experience with data analytics open-source technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
- Proficient in Python or R for data analysis, model development, and deployment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
