As a Data Project Manager for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Cluster, you will be responsible for the successful and efficient delivery of strategic transformation by orchestrating teams composed of a mix of technical and business profiles, all while adhering to agile principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and priorities.
• Deliver projects in roles such as PMO or Project Manager.
• Lead in driving continuous and incremental delivery of value to the business.
• Drive change and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members in agile principles to develop a high-performing team.
• Drive consensus and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
• Manage projects within a software development life cycle using metrics.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
• Preferred qualifications include Scrum Master certification or Project Management certification.
• Experience in delivering data and/or digital transformation projects is preferable.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in delivering data and/or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in managing complex data processing and data pipelines using agile methodology.
• Knowledge of end-to-end data processes.
• Ability to communicate data mapping procedures to non-technical partners.
• Passionate about continuous learning.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English.
