Position

About the Job: As a member of the Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue for our products by collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This position involves hands-on technical consulting, focusing on solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical consultant capable of developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions to achieve sales goals for the assigned territory.
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align with customer needs.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency.
  • Stay informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Assist with marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with Sales counterparts.
