Principal Platform Architect

About the Job:

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect for an advisory role responsible for guiding customers in establishing a technical foundation within the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions that deliver business outcomes. The role entails ensuring adherence to leading practices in instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.

You will work collaboratively with customers across various levels including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams throughout the selling, structuring, and implementation phases of solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as an architectural advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Offering architectural knowledge across multiple workflows and engagements.
• Developing relationships with customer leaders to align ServiceNow with their digital transformation vision.
• Translating business needs into actionable roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
• Engaging with customers' Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as a standard digital transformation platform integrated with core applications.
• Managing technical governance and ensuring instance health by collaborating with the engagement team to minimize technical debt.
• Supporting sales efforts through scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (C-level).
• Experience in Service Management consulting and leading complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Industry domain expertise and experience in leading large programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and cloud application technologies.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
• Ability to travel as required.
