Join our Solution Consulting team and play a key role in shaping our future success by supporting Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. As a hands-on technical consultant, you will focus on solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical consultant with the ability to develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
  • Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts by facilitating customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreements.
  • Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements that could address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with other Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable assets to enhance team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • Extensive pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Strong collaborative skills with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills in pipeline building and working with Sales teams for execution excellence.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
