Location: Riyadh Region, KSA Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control IT applications and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Java and .Net (VC++) applications and SCADA software.
  • Handle First & Second Level incidents and escalate issues to the third level as required.
  • Manage and maintain production servers, switches, and networks in Data Centers.
  • Enhance existing cybersecurity for all IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain Oracle Databases, including SQL Server and no-SQL Database.
  • Develop SQL queries and create reports.
  • Monitor database performance and rectify issues in Oracle RAC Databases.
  • Promote continuous improvement by reviewing and assessing current processes.
  • Utilize collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Adhere to health, safety, security, environment, and quality processes as per project plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Oracle Databases, ideally in an automation technology environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.
  • Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
  • Experience with RHEL and Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and VMware is a plus.
  • Any IT certification in related technologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under shift patterns independently and handle pressure.
  • Understanding of the material flow of the Baggage Handling System is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
