Qualifications & Experience
- At least 10 years’ information systems/technology experience within software development
- At least 5 years’ reinsurance industry experience
- Advanced working knowledge of reinsurance pricing systems
- Advanced knowledge of catastrophe vendor models such as RMS, AIR, and Impact Forecasting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in .NET Framework
- Experience building WPF XAML applications
- Experience with Julia data science language is a plus
- Experience with Blazor advantageous
- Working experience with design patterns like Repository-Service pattern, Dependency Injection/Inversion of Control (IoC)
- At least 3 years’ experience with enterprise integration and data migration/conversion
- At least 5 years’ experience in SQL Server
- At least 2 years’ experience with front-end technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with enterprise systems integrations and overall architectural standards knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently and efficiently
- Strong documentation skills and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices
- Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
