Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals and lead architectural design to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Project Management & Execution: Oversee the software development lifecycle, manage resource allocation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Team Development & Collaboration: Mentor team members and facilitate communication within teams using agile methodologies.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Enforce coding standards, lead process improvement initiatives, and promote robust testing and continuous integration practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, presenting progress updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years in software development, with substantial leadership experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile settings.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices, and familiarity with containerization and modern DevOps practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
