This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at Speridian Technologies. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and supporting the existing Salesforce environment.
We are looking for a candidate with over 7 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. This role involves assisting in the implementation/enhancements and support of Salesforce modules, as well as maintaining Salesforce applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service, and Community Cloud implementations.
- Conduct needs assessment and prepare scope of work and functional specification documents for new applications or modifications to current applications.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and documenting/deploying solutions to end users.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.).
- Administer Salesforce and develop Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Model, Profile/Role/Permission Set, and Security.
- Build integrations with other systems (ERP 12.2.6) using REST and Web Services, with experience in MuleSoft for integration purposes.
- Test and debug code to ensure production systems meet user needs; support QA in functional and system-level testing and fix defects.
- Coordinate testing with business stakeholders and facilitate sign-off; provide training to key stakeholders on new features.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems, analyze solutions, and provide timely fixes.
- Provide day-to-day end-user support.
- Act as the hands-on primary developer of solutions using key Salesforce core programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest APIs).
- Good communication skills to interact with business users; ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results within aggressive timelines in an Agile environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Salesforce administrator certification and at least two additional certifications (PD1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud are required).
