Position

The role is responsible for performing activities across the Client Management processes, including ensuring timely client onboarding activities such as Client Due Diligence (CDD) and credit documentation. The position requires delivering excellent service while adhering to agreed service and delivery standards, with a focus on minimizing error rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a service partner working with Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Sales, Operations, and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements and automation.
  • Manage Client Due Diligence (CDD) and regulatory onboarding activities.
  • Support credit documentation for deals from Corporate, Commercial & Institutional Banking (CCIB) and Business Banking (BB).
  • Facilitate effective communication and support across various stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good writing and presentation skills in English.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
