Position

Manage and deliver the end-to-end product objectives within the country for Financing and Securities Services (FSS) in alignment with global objectives for the product line. This entails overseeing financial and non-financial performance, enhancing capabilities, strategizing product and client access for the future, and ensuring risk and governance oversight in collaboration with the FSS Country head. A centralized governance function will be established in the Regional Clusters to uphold adherence to internal policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy:

    • Articulate the product strategy and execute product initiatives aligned with the annual operating plan for FSS.
    • Understand customer needs and develop compelling client value propositions.
    • Sponsor product enhancements and introduce new products as necessitated.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on collateral development, product launches, customer events, and sales campaign strategies.
  • Business:

    • Manage the FSS product P&L within the country, overseeing pricing, asset management, and business operating models.
    • Conduct competitor evaluations to identify opportunities and mitigate threats that could impact financial performance.
  • Processes:

    • Commercialize new product capabilities, ensuring well-structured launch plans and proactive customer engagement.
    • Train and support various teams to facilitate the closure of complex deals, focusing on maintaining high levels of client interaction.
  • Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate risks related to Securities Services (SS) products.
    • Ensure compliance with audit, control, and financial reporting standards.
  • Governance:

    • Ensure timely renewal of country addendums and manage risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
