We are currently seeking a Business Systems Engineer with Salesforce experience, who is committed to engineering quality and process efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to develop engineering solutions in systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite, while also working closely with operations teams to ensure compliance and effective business processes. You will have the opportunity to mentor others and shape engineering practices within a dedicated team that values high standards and a deep understanding of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engineering solutions in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business systems.
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Understand and learn Canonical's business processes.
- Coach and mentor teammates, depending on your level of experience.
- Promote great engineering and organizational practices.
What We Are Looking For:
- Exceptional academic record from high school and university.
- An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative career narrative.
- Proven experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with personal drive.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events (up to two weeks long).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Performance engineering and security experience.
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or related business roles.
Work Conditions:
- Remote work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
