As a Product Designer (UI/UX) in Dubai, you will join a creative and dynamic team committed to making a significant impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Venture Architects, Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to implement designs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Executing end-to-end design efforts across various platforms, from initial concepts to final implementation.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and preferences, transforming insights into engaging designs.
- Establishing and maintaining design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure visual consistency across our ventures.
- Creating user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile products.
- Developing design illustrations using storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Producing mockups and prototypes to illustrate site functionality and aesthetics.
- Preparing screen designs and necessary assets for front-end developers.
- Managing multiple projects while contributing to feedback that improves both our company and products.
About You
- Degree in a Design-related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- At least 4 years of relevant design experience, including experience in the UAE.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional interface designs that reflects your creative thinking.
- Hands-on experience with wireframes, user research, prototypes, and user testing.
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to interpret data to translate company goals into digital experiences.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices for web and mobile, including mobile design patterns for Android and iOS.
- Experience with branding and print materials (branding, packaging, posters, etc.).
- Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble demeanor.
- Full-time availability in Dubai with a willingness to travel extensively.
It Would Be Awesome If You:
- Are familiar with agile methodologies and design sprints.
- Can create original illustrations and have experience with High Fidelity Prototype tools (Framer X, Principle, etc.).
- Have basic knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a passion for motion design.
