Technical Lead Fintech

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure technology solutions to support lending platform and operations
  • Collaborate closely with Chief Product Officer (CPO) or Product Lead to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
  • Deliver cybersecurity requirements in licensing phase and post go-live phase
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the financial sector and cybersecurity
  • Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies
  • Collaborate with senior management to define the technology roadmap and allocate resources effectively
  • Oversee networking architecture and ensure security and robustness of network setup and data transfer
  • Develop and enforce DevOps practices
  • Implement DevOps best practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
  • Collaborate with product managers and other technical leaders to align technological solutions with business needs
  • Manage IT budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain high availability and reliability of all technical systems and infrastructure
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong proficiency in full stack JavaScript technologies including NodeJS, NestJS, and ReactJS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Experience in cloud computing platforms (e.g. Oracle, AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
