Position

The Techno Functional Developer is responsible for managing physical and information assets related to Oracle EBS applications. This role aims to deliver IT services that meet SWS business needs, optimizing the application to provide value. Key responsibilities include managing all communications related to performance, projects, audits, and assessments as the ITSM application lead, reporting to the Head of ERP Applications.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Gather, analyze, design, develop, test, and implement solutions related to Oracle EBS.
  • Assist business users in mapping and reengineering practices to implement various Oracle modules, utilizing standardized methodologies for reports specification development and deployment.
  • Deliver internal Oracle EBS projects, procurement, and problem management activities.
  • Develop and adhere to project standards ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Participate actively in troubleshooting during post-launch phases.
  • Create and document know-how, controls, and capabilities within Oracle ERP.
  • Lead application development projects, including preparing feasibility studies, RFPs, SOWs, and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage documentation for IT artifacts and provide training to operations teams and end-users as required.
  • Deliver IT services in compliance with operational and security policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BSc in Engineering (Electronic, Computer Science, or IT).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of total experience in Oracle EBS implementation.
  • Relevant Finance or HR certification with sound in-depth knowledge of Oracle applications.
  • Completion of 2-3 full life cycle Oracle EBS implementations.
  • Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create high-quality project documents.
  • Certification in Oracle EBS is required.
  • PMP certification is a must.
