The Kyndryl Graduate Program for IT Strategy Consultants provides an immersive learning experience focused on core business and consulting skills. Over a two-year program, you will work on exciting projects with flagship clients, gain hands-on experience across diverse IT domains including Cloud, Security, Digital Workplace Services, Applications, Data, Network, and Mainframe.
Your Role:
- Provide consulting services by developing technology solutions and offering IT strategy insights based on client business objectives and IT requirements.
- Advise and analyze to define client IT strategy to enhance business value and improve service delivery.
- Optimize client's IT processes and governance with issue-based consulting methods.
- Design and implement enterprise operating models and governance structures while identifying new ways of working.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Recent graduate with up to two years of work experience.
- Basic understanding of core services offered by major cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with IT management consulting methods and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical insights to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Open to travel.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous consulting experience is a plus.
- Project management knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
