We have an immediate vacancy for a Digital Product Manager with more than 8 years of experience at Synechron in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, and a proven track record of delivering successful digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital products, aligning with overall business objectives.
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for product improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment and timely delivery.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, business value, and strategic goals.
- Agile Development: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the product team.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, progress, and strategies to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience with user-centered design processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
