Finacle Engineer (Automation + Finacle)

About the Job:
We are seeking a Finacle Engineer with a strong focus on automation and Finacle expertise to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position, where you will be engaging in various aspects of Finacle Core Banking product support and customization.

Education:

• Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve).
• Working experience on Finacle 11 requirements and product capabilities along with customization architecture.
• Experience in handling Finacle interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator).
• Direct client interaction experience is essential.

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
• Familiarity with Finacle customization flow (new custom menu, reports - MRT & Jasper, batch job, product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process, and debugging).
• Proficient in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle application.
• Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
• Understanding of Finacle Integrator and potential enhancements.

Functional Skills:

• Knowledge of Finacle Core Banking and banking domain terminology.
• Finacle certification from Infosys is an advantage.
• Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).
• Awareness of best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Experience in Agile methodology.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter, with a capability to drive initiatives autonomously and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction and presentation to senior and executive management.
