Senior Java Software Engineer

Synechron has an immediate job opportunity for a Senior Java Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in developing large-scale applications using technologies such as Java and the Spring/Spring Boot framework. Key responsibilities include designing and developing REST APIs, working with message-oriented middleware architectures, and ensuring high performance and security in enterprise Java applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design REST APIs using Spring/Spring Boot.
• Work with middleware technologies like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Design and code high-performance, scalable, secure, reusable Java applications (API & web).
• Develop software in various environments, including Linux, Windows, and Mac.
• Familiarity with relational (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases.
• Apply DevOps practices and utilize CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall experience as a developer.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
