Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products in both Arabic and English, including UI elements, microcopy, and user help content.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with the overall user experience and product strategy.
- Conduct user research and testing to understand behaviors, needs, and preferences, applying these insights to improve UX writing and localization efforts.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and style across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and cultural nuances.
- Create and maintain comprehensive UX writing guidelines for bilingual content to ensure quality across all products.
- Translate, adapt, and localize copy for Arabic and English users, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Identify and address gaps in bilingual content to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance user experiences.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, UX, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX writer, with expertise in bilingual (Arabic/English) content creation.
- Proven ability to write for diverse audiences, considering cultural nuances.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, best practices, and content strategy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform content.
- Proficiency in relevant tools for UX writing and content management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background in the fintech or financial services industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
