We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our expanding UX Research team of five, which is part of the Product & Design Team. This team collaborates with product managers, designers, writers, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across online and offline product channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for end users' needs, including customers, merchants, and staff.
  • Promote a Design Thinking approach within Tabby and facilitate workshops to formulate hypotheses, frame problems, ideate solutions, and co-design research.
  • Conduct agile and longitudinal research studies for concept and price testing.
  • Proactively identify research opportunities that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For:
Language Requirements: Bilingual candidates in Arabic and English are preferred.

Essential Attributes:

  • Proven experience in advocating for user needs throughout product development.
  • Ability to share research findings and insights effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience in mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative) and longitudinal research in lab settings or natural environments.

Personal Attributes:

  • Curiosity about human behavior, motivations, and needs.
  • Empathy for individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Passion for utilizing creative research methods to study user engagement.

Desirable Attributes:

  • NN/g certification.
  • Master’s degree in experimental psychology, behavioral science, anthropology, or another social science discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
