Position

About the opportunity Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share. Maintain continuous business relationships with clients/restaurants. Provide excellent service and support to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurants and the company. Ensure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times. Optimize restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time).

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission rate renegotiation: Build new commercial relationships by renewing existing contacts through renegotiating offers.
  • Advertisement sales: Acquiring and maintaining pictures from brand menus, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletters.
  • Generating food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurants.
  • Convincing clients/restaurants for brand promotion of Talabat pictures.
  • Transmission method optimization: Convincing clients/restaurants to implement the track order feature and changing the transmission method to WLA.
  • Encouraging restaurants to subscribe for the online payment gateway.
  • Coordinating with the restaurant to check if it is live or active on the Talabat website, resolving issues such as being shut down or stopped delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
    • Closed sales
    • Follow-up activities
    • Sales expense report
    • Increased sales report after placing promotions, vouchers, and coupons
    • Vendor analysis sheet
    • Account management reports

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience holding the same title or relevant experience.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution.
  • Residency in or relocation to Abu Dhabi is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
