Position

As a Coordinator Sales, you will coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You will act as the first point of contact for partner restaurant queries and complaints, responding swiftly when Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegating tasks accordingly. Your responsibilities will include updating restaurant information, setting up systems for new partners, and managing contracts and documentation. You will also be tasked with quality account management, ensuring continuous partner relationships, and resolving operational issues. Additionally, you will prepare various reports related to sales activities and partner interactions.
