About the Opportunity
Talabat has grown to become a very large business, with its main platform, the food platform, rapidly expanding from an already substantial base. As the Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of our performance across all our activities throughout the vendor journey on Talabat, including lead management, acquisition, incubation, and growth (account management). You will collaborate closely with sales heads across different functions.

You will be tasked with building and owning a scalable process for incentivizing all functions within the sales team. This role provides an opportunity to work across teams and markets by devising the rewards strategy for the sales team and ensuring that their performance leads to favorable results for the company. Additionally, you will deliver insights regarding performance, identify gaps, and explore growth levers for all sales teams across various countries.

What’s on Your Plate?
You will be responsible for end-to-end analysis of the sales performance function. Key responsibilities include:

  • Devising incentive structures to optimize sales performance and align payouts with overall company goals
  • Synthesizing performance trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Developing reporting materials in a succinct and visual manner
  • Managing stakeholder alignment for efficient E2E process
  • Conducting regular in-depth reporting on performance metrics
  • Creating visualizations to identify gaps and inefficiencies in different cities
  • Building in-depth reports and dashboards for local sales teams

Requirements
Successful candidates will have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills at all levels
  • Proficiency in data manipulation using SQL
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to back opinions with data
  • Familiarity with People Analytics, rewards, and incentivization is a plus
  • A results-driven, high-quality work attitude with a professional demeanor under pressure
