About the Opportunity
Talabat has grown to become a very large business, with its main platform, the food platform, expanding rapidly. As the Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of our performance across all activities in the vendor journey on Talabat, including lead management, acquisition, incubation, and account management. You’ll work closely with sales heads for each function and will build and own a scalable process for incentivizing the sales team. This role presents the opportunity to work across teams and markets by devising the rewards strategy and ensuring the team's performance aligns with company goals.
What’s on Your Plate?
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end analysis of the sales performance function
- Devising, computing, and managing the process of payouts of sales bonuses for the UAE sales team
- Optimizing sales performance by influencing bonus KPIs
- Synthesizing performance trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing reporting material in a succinct, visual manner
Stakeholder Management
- Align with various function heads to manage and streamline the end-to-end process
Data Reporting & Visualization
- Conduct in-depth regular reporting of all performance metrics
- Analyze team performance, earnings, P&L impact, and overall bonus framework with visualization
Sharing Insights
- Create visualizations and views needed to present progress reports and highlight gaps and inefficiencies across different cities
- Provide real-time tracking and insights for local sales teams
Requirements
Preferred candidates will have:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data manipulation using SQL
- Experience creating reproducible analyses
- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker
- A curious and creative approach to data solutions
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven attitude
