Role summary

• Participate in continuous discovery of customer/business needs to drive desired outcomes.
• Design, write, and release software solutions in your business domain.
• Deliver value in small batches according to engineering standards.
• Own & innovate the entire SDLCS.
• Support optimization of team practices for continuous improvement.

What you need to be successful

• Empathetic with strong relationship-building skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Humble, curious, and open-minded with a growth mindset.
• Understanding of lean/agile values & principles.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in an Extreme Programming environment.
• Experience in testing, Distributed Systems Architecture, cloud platforms, and Trunk Based Development.
