About the opportunity
Join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE, as a Specialist in Partnerships within the Food Services sector. In this role, you will support the Head of Business Development in translating our value proposition into effective commercial models and building comprehensive business cases. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and generating leads while engaging with prospective partners
Advising vendors on our services and understanding their business needs
Supporting partners in expanding their operations through cloud kitchens
Collaborating with the construction team to optimize partner equipment and kitchen stall designs
Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all newly acquired partners on our platform

Requirements

2+ years of experience in partner acquisition in a similar industry (Cloud Kitchens, F&B)
Proven ability to lead negotiations with vendors and partners
Strong track record of on-time delivery for large, cross-functional projects
Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills across multiple groups with competing priorities
