We’re looking for a DC Data Sr. Coordinator to join the team and focus on growing our own DC “tMart”. This role involves managing the full operations DC Process by implementing our commercial and demand requirements.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Managing the system tasks and documentation inside the warehouse
• Key user of all the warehouse systems with admin access to different features
• Organizing, planning, and generating all picklists for DC operators and supervisors
• Organizing, planning, and generating all shipment-related documents for the transportation team
• Responsible for the creation and management of all supplier returns
• Opening, editing, and closing all system-related tasks
• Managing and revising all receiving-related documents and reflecting them in the system
• Arranging, planning, and managing regular stock takes and cycle counts with inventory controllers and DC supervisor
• Communicating with the head office team on regular reports and system-related matters
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders: DC operations team, logistics specialists, inventory controllers, finance head office
• Accountable for all document and archiving-related matters
• Acting as a point of contact with the system provider (Microsoft Dynamics team) for any system-related updates
• Handling DC petty cash
• Maintaining all DC office supplies and machinery
• Responsible for filling and periodic checks for pest control, cleaning, and firefighting-related checks
• Placing orders for needed equipment and spare parts

What Did We Order?

• No specific industry background required, but preferably with warehousing background
• Technical mastery of systems is a must
• Previous knowledge and experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred
• Strong organization and structuring skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
