About the Opportunity
We are embarking on an exciting new journey to define additional operational arms within our Product & Tech department: Content Ops. Be part of this exciting journey as you take on a Sr. Specialist Content Operations role to help define the new space. This role will work closely with our Content Designers, Researchers, and our Brand team.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Own the operations of all content-generating assets on the app, leading to better quality content, faster content, and happier teams.
- Be part of a function that combines people, process, and tech allowing us to effectively and efficiently maintain its content lifecycle from start to finish.
- Own the quality of our content in all markets.
- Create initiatives that would increase the adherence rate of our guidelines.
What You Need to be Successful
What Did We Order?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, design/creative experience, business operations, consulting, product, product operations, or similar role.
- Experience in both creative space and operations is a bonus.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
- Drive key processes to enhance daily business and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
