About the Opportunity
CRM plays a critical role in driving awareness, utilization, and retention of the various products within our ecosystem. Talabat is a company that goes beyond just delivering food, offering a range of additional products that add value to our customer base. These include our subscription program tPro, our loyalty program Rewards, our in-restaurant discount feature DineOut Deals, and our Fintech products such as the ADCB credit card and Pay Later feature. This role will work closely with Regional and Local teams to build impactful CRM flows that drive trial, adoption, usage, and retention across these verticals.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Work with Regional and Local teams to understand insights and learnings to drive engagement on Ecosystem products (Fintech/New Ventures)
  • Strategize impactful campaigns to drive trial, adoption, frequency, and churn management on Fintech and New Ventures products
  • Consult Local markets to launch impactful ad-hoc campaigns to support the objectives for tPro and other New Venture products
  • Liaise with Product, GTM, and other stakeholders to create CRM communications that drive awareness of new product features as they launch
  • Foster a continuous feedback loop to optimize and experiment with CRM flows to improve performance and impact
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to launch CRM campaigns and flows for new Fintech and New Ventures products in existing markets
  • Set up A/B tests to ensure data-driven rationale behind key decisions to improve CRM performance

What You Need to Be Successful
What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience working with CRM is a must, along with a clear understanding of A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and attribution
  • An experimentation-focused mindset
  • Experience with loyalty and subscription programs will be considered a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to maintain timelines across multiple projects
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
