CRM plays a critical role in driving awareness, utilization, and retention of the various products within our ecosystem. Talabat is a company that goes beyond just delivering food, offering a range of additional products that add value to our customer base. These include our subscription program tPro, our loyalty program Rewards, our in-restaurant discount feature DineOut Deals, and our Fintech products such as the ADCB credit card and Pay Later feature. This role will work closely with Regional and Local teams to build impactful CRM flows that drive trial, adoption, usage, and retention across these verticals.
