Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Cyber Assurance professional in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. TCS is an IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization that has partnered with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys for over 50 years, utilizing a consulting-led, cognitive-powered approach. The role involves a variety of key responsibilities including validating websites and mobile apps for security compliance, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance security measures, developing effective security testing strategies, educating developers on secure coding, and leading efforts in DevSecOps implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate current and new websites and mobile apps, ensuring they are designed and implemented with the highest security standards.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define, implement, and continuously improve security-by-design principles.
- Develop and implement effective security testing strategies by leveraging cutting-edge security research.
- Educate the software developer community on secure coding practices and lead awareness workshops.
- Implement DevSecOps principles by automating security activities, such as static and dynamic analysis.
- Provide security advisory during product grooming sessions to prioritize security backlogs.
- Understand and design solutions to complex business problems while following security engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with diverse audiences, including business stakeholders and customer leadership, to improve cybersecurity practices.
- Lead technical cybersecurity expertise for the dnata international portfolio.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of OWASP Top 10 (Web & Mobile)
- Clear understanding of network and web-related protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS)
- Strong fundamentals in application design concepts, specifically security-by-design
- Knowledge of technologies such as reverse proxies, Web Application Firewalls, CI/CD, API gateways
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Risk Management processes
- Proficient in using and implementing open-source and commercial security tools
- Experience in threat modeling, vulnerability discovery, and vulnerability management processes
- Understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical requirements
