Position

About the Job: As an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional professional, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Performance Management. You will develop and maintain data interfaces with other systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure successful integration of Oracle HRMS with additional platforms. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements and providing functional solutions, configuring workflows, delivering training sessions for end-users, and collaborating with other teams to implement HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Performance Management.
  • Develop and maintain data interfaces with other systems, such as payroll or benefits providers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HRMS.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle HRMS with other systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions using Oracle HRMS.
  • Configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including approval processes and notifications.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle HRMS functionality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to design and implement HR processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Oracle HRMS, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Performance Management.
  • Arabic speaking is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
