Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is currently seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with an application deadline of 31-Mar-2025.

Job Description:
Must Have Skills:

• Good understanding and practical experience in Oracle SQL, PL-SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Workflows, and Interfaces.
• Working experience in Core HR, Payroll & Self Services.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Performance Management, Learning Management & Compensation Workbench.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing HRMS change requests and developing solutions as per requirements.
• Communicating with clients for requirement gathering.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Being proactive and innovative in problem solving.
