Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Job: Join Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves addressing regular issues in HRMS & Payroll, including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and OLM. You will monitor daily scheduled programs, manage support tickets from end users, and provide production support for reports, interfaces, workflows, and AME. The role requires 24/7 support for applications, fixing production issues on a FastTrack process, and coordinating with stakeholders to provide effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle regular issues in HRMS & Payroll, including Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, and OLM.
• Monitor daily scheduled programs and support tickets received from end users.
• Provide production support for issues related to Reports, Interfaces, Workflow, AME.
• Offer 24 x 7 support for applications.
• Fix and assist end users with production support issues using a FastTrack process while coordinating with other stakeholders.
• Provide workarounds to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oracle support to check standard errors and follow up with Oracle.
