SAP S4HANA EAM Lead Consultant

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA EAM Lead Consultant to join their team. This role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EAM.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications.
• Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP EAM system.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
• Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Support the current Material Management (MM) footprint.
• Conduct SAP EAM process configuration.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in implementing and supporting SAP EAM.
• Expert knowledge in SAP EAM solution capabilities and business process configurations.
• Significant customizing experience within SAP EAM.
• Excellent consultancy and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in writing functional requirements and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and in project teams.
• Proactively propose solutions to enhance EAM business processes.
• Experience with interfaces and integration with third-party systems.
