Position

The IT Project Advisor will be responsible for overseeing the technology projects in Saudi Arabia, focusing on local market customizations and integrations. This role includes ensuring the successful planning of projects and aligning on strategic technological outcomes. The IT Project Advisor will align the technology roadmap for Saudi Arabia to meet regulatory and international business requirements, requiring a strategic thinker with technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and efficiency in our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Develop and align IT strategies with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks, ensuring seamless integration of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee complex IT projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Value Delivery: Establish and modernize PMO operations focused on value delivery, process improvements, and resource optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, providing strategic insights and ensuring effective communication.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement systems to enhance operational efficiencies and improve customer experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT projects comply with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT project management.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent certifications are required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ITIL framework, SDLC, DevOps, and systems design.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
